For a little dive restaurant, they had one of the best Vietnamese dishes Ive had yet. I knew it was authentic cuisine when it started filling up with a bunch of Vietnamese customers!!!

Certain restaurants, you have to know what they are known for. Cafe Thuy Van is known for the broken rice caramelized pork chop dish. It is the best of any place Ive eaten in my travels Vietnam included.
Best Pho we have found in Louisville so far! The sliced beef was so tender and the broth was flavorful. Service was fast and friendly. Way better than Vietnam Kitchen! We will definitely be back!
